Exploring the Journey of Skeptical Siblings in Western Yoga

When we think of yoga instructors, we often envision individuals who are deeply committed to their spiritual path and possess a strong ability to share their convictions with others. However, it is quite surprising that my sibling and I, who are typically dissatisfied and prone to complaining, found ourselves enrolled in a yoga teacher’s training course. How did we, the most grumpy and pessimistic people among our friends, end up embracing mantras and connecting with Mother Earth? To be honest, even we find it puzzling.
